We are a Yellowstone National Park commercial guiding operation looking to add a few high quality professional guides to our team for the 2023 guiding season! At Sky’s the Limit Tours, we believe the best moments are when we feel connected to something bigger than ourselves. Connection sparks joy and helping people feel more connected to the natural world brings us immense joy. We care deeply about the environment and aim to inspire our guests to want to learn more about conservation, restoration, and ecological systems after their experience with us in the park.

As a tour guide for Sky’s the Limit Tours, you will facilitate private “educational” day tours that are approximately 7 hours in the park, starting and ending in West Yellowstone, MT (exceptions may apply). Tours are generally 2-4 guests, but you may be asked to drive a bigger rental vehicle for larger groups.

We pay our guides well above industry standards. Compensation will depend on whether or not you are giving tours in your own vehicle or a company vehicle. Our guides average $150 in tips daily! Additionally, we provide many perks for our guides such as paid training, gas stipends, a company credit card for you to buy food for guests, a bonus for each review you receive, and paid commercial auto insurance if you’re approved to drive your own vehicle on tours. 

We are looking for a guide to join our team this summer! Position will go May-October.
